What’s included in your housekeeping service?

At the Dream Places, we employ highly skilled housekeepers who provide comprehensive cleaning services for your property. They will thoroughly clean your space, expertly make the beds, and restock essential amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and kitchen staples like tea, coffee, sugar, and even olive oil. Trust in our commitment to excellence; we ensure that once we've taken care of your home, your guests will be inclined to leave a five-star rating.

Are there any extra charges?

Additional charges a landlord may be liable for include, but are not limited to:

1.    Any housekeeping services organized after a landlord’s stay at the property

2.    Any maintenance works carried out by our handymen, including giving access to a third-party maintenance company, or delivering requested items to the property during a guest’s stay.

3.    Any third-party maintenance company charges and co-ordination charges


What are The Dream Places’ Standard Management Fees?

The Dream Places' management fee is customized based on the property type, potential earnings, and the number of managed properties. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. For a detailed quote and more information, property owners should contact The Dream Places directly, and their team will follow up to address any inquiries.


How do you deal with guest damage to my property?

The Dream Places use MayiStay™ software as a trusted platform to vet renters, ensuring respect for your property and compliance with house rules. Our Housekeeping teams are adept at spotting significant damage, immediately notifying our Account Management for action on a case-by-case basis. While some wear and tear is normal, we recommend hosts consider short-term rental insurance, for which we can provide assistance.

What is the MayiStay™ software platform?

 MayiStay™ offers hosts a streamlined platform to evaluate prospective renters. The intuitive interface facilitates effortless navigation, allowing for quick assessment of renter performance and access to behavioral histories.

 

Anonymous Performance Evaluation System

The platform provides access to anonymous renter performance data to evaluate potential renters based on their rental history at other accommodations in North America.

Searchable Database

The database is searchable based on common hosts criteria, such as timely payments, adherence to pet policies, and compliance with House rules and regulations.

Advanced Search

Advanced search features allow for a more comprehensive evaluation based on differences that may exist between hosts accommodations.
